the elevators were a travesty, stopping at random floors like a malfunctioning toy. breakfast? more like breakfast embarrassment, as they couldn't figure out what I had paid for! and to top it off, I expected a room upgrade or some sort of apology for my troubles. considering all this, I just couldn't give a good review.

Worn-out bathrooms diminished my stay, while the beach access was a major plus during my time at the hotel.
